GED ATTAINMENT
Students preparing to take the GED or are preparing for further study will enhance their reading, writing, and math skills.
JOB MARKET INFORMATION
CLC assists students with searching for job market information to help them plan and succeed with their current and future careers.
FINANCIAL LITERACY
The Financial Literacy course will teach students about savings and checking accounts, how to set up a budget, how to write a check, etc. These financial literacy skills are necessary tools to build a successful future.
JOB SEARCH
CLC provides assistance with online and on-site job searching, resume and cover letter writing, how to apply for jobs, and networking tips.
TRANSITIONS
Helping an individual from one stage or position in life to the next opportunity. Whether we are assisting individuals from high school to college or re-entry into the community, CLC Transitions staff is available to provide support.
ASSIMILATION/ACCULTURATION
CLC provides comprehensive, strengths-based case management and core services to immigrant and refugee families and individuals of varying cultures, languages, and countries of origin. CLC provides opportunities for individuals and their family members to connect to social, health, educational, and career services, and to learn the necessary skills to support their new life in the United States.

CLC gives participants the entrepreneurial skills and mindset to start real companies right here in Central Ohio. Our programs leverage your talents and tenacity to build a viable startup.Learn the skills and innovative thinking to create successful businesses in Ohio. With CLC, we help you move your business plan from idea to execution and impact.
TECHNOLOGY LITERACY
Technology is at the heart of all we do in the world today. CLC incorporates practical technology application for life and business into all of our programs. We incorporate everything from basic smart phone and app use to using technology on the job and in business.
ETIQUETTE
Participants will learn etiquette rules to assist them in varies aspects of life and work such as:
- when thank you notes are appropriate
-how to set proper table settings
-how to greet people in different settings
-appropriate body language
-appropriate attire for different settings
